Car
From Zaanse Schans, head southeast on the N518 towards the A8 motorway. Merge onto the A8 and follow the signs for Amsterdam. Take the A10 ring road and exit at S116 towards Amsterdam-Centrum. Continue straight onto the IJtunnel, which leads you directly into the city center. Follow the signs for 'Centrum' and then for 'Kloveniersburgwal'. There are several parking garages in the vicinity where you can park your car, such as 'Q-Park Amsterdam Centrum'. Note that parking fees may apply, so check the rates before leaving your vehicle.

Public Transportation
From Zaanse Schans, walk to the bus stop 'Zaanse Schans, Museum' and take bus line 391 towards Amsterdam. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at 'Amsterdam, Centraal Station'. From there, you can either walk to Compagnietheater, which is about a 20-minute walk, or take tram line 9 from 'Centraal Station' to 'Rembrandtplein' and then walk about 10 minutes to reach Kloveniersburgwal 50. Make sure to purchase your bus and tram tickets at the station or through the GVB app before boarding.
