Walking
If you are at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the front entrance. Walk straight down the Damrak street for about 10 minutes until you reach Dam Square. From Dam Square, take the Rokin street heading south. Continue walking along Rokin for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Turn left onto Oudezijds Voorburgwal, and after a short walk, you will find Paulusbroederssluis on your left.

From Amsterdam Central Station, catch tram line 4, 14, or 24 from the tram stop located right outside the station. Ride for 2 stops and get off at the 'Korte Brugsteeg' stop. From there, walk west along the Korte Brugsteeg street until you reach the intersection with Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Turn right onto Oudezijds Voorburgwal and walk a short distance to your left to reach Paulusbroederssluis.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from Amsterdam Central Station and head south towards the Damrak. Continue onto Rokin street and follow it for approximately 800 meters. When you reach the intersection with Oudezijds Voorburgwal, turn left. Paulusbroederssluis will be a short ride down on your left side.

From Amsterdam Central Station, take bus line 48 from the bus stop located outside the station. Travel for 5 stops and get off at 'Spui' bus stop. From there, walk east along Spui street until you reach the intersection with Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Turn left onto Oudezijds Voorburgwal, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Paulusbroederssluis on your left.
