Car
From Zaanse Schans, head southeast on Zaanse Schans towards Zaanweg/N516. Take the N516 highway towards Amsterdam. Merge onto the A8 motorway and follow signs for Amsterdam. Take exit 1 towards Amsterdam-Centrum. Continue on S100, and then take the exit towards Centrum. Follow the signs for the city center and Oudezijds Voorburgwal. You will find Floating Amsterdam located at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 230, 1012 GJ Amsterdam. Parking is limited in the city center, so consider using a parking garage nearby, which may incur additional costs.

Public Transportation
From Zaanse Schans, walk to the Zaanse Schans bus stop. Take bus line 391 towards Amsterdam. This journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Amsterdam, Centraal Station. From there, you can either walk or take tram line 4 towards the direction of the city center. Alight at the stop 'Dam' and walk towards Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Floating Amsterdam will be at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 230. The bus fare will cost around €5.00, and tram fares are generally around €3.20.
