    From Hoover Dam, head northwest on US-93 N. Continue on US-93 N for about 4 miles until you reach the junction with NV-172. Take the exit for NV-172 towards Boulder City/Lake Mead. Merge onto NV-172 and follow the signs toward Lake Mead. After about 5 miles, you will arrive at the entrance of Lake Mead National Recreation Area, located at 10 Lakeshore Rd, Boulder City, NV 89005. Be aware that there is an entrance fee for vehicles, which is currently $25 for a private vehicle, valid for 7 days.
