Follow Lakeshore Rd until you reach the junction with NV-167 N. Turn left onto NV-167 N and continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with Mouse's Tank Rd. Turn right onto Mouse's Tank Rd and follow the road for about 5 miles. Look for the trailhead parking area on your left. Note that there may be an entrance fee for the recreation area, which is typically around $25 per vehicle.

From Las Vegas, you can take the Greyhound bus to Mesquite, and then arrange for a taxi or rideshare to take you to Overton. Once in Overton, you will need to rent a car or arrange for a taxi/rideshare to reach Pastel (Pink) Canyon Trail. From Overton, head south on NV-169, then turn onto Mouse's Tank Rd.
