    From the main entrance of Lake Mead National Recreation Area, take the North Shore Road (NV-167) towards Overton. Continue on NV-167 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with Valley of Fire Highway (NV-169). Turn left onto NV-169 and follow the signs toward Valley of Fire State Park. Mouse's Tank is located within the park. There is an entrance fee of $10 per vehicle. Once you enter the park, follow the signs to the Mouse's Tank trailhead, which is well-marked. The trail is approximately a 1-mile round trip.
