Once on Route 80, take exit 1 for the Delaware Water Gap. After exiting, turn left onto River Road (Route 611) and continue until you reach Old Mine Rd. Turn right onto Old Mine Rd. Douglas Trail will be on your right, and look for parking areas along the road.

    To reach Douglas Trail using public transportation, first take a bus to the nearest major bus stop, which is in Stroudsburg, PA.
