To reach the Fort Hyndshaw Historical Marker at 7001-7017 Milford Rd, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302, start your journey on the nearest major road in Lower Susquehanna Valley. If you are near Route 80, take Exit 308 toward East Stroudsburg. Merge onto PA-447 N / Milford Rd. Follow Milford Rd for approximately 2.5 miles. The historical marker will be on your right, near the intersection with Kittatinny St. There is no entrance fee for the marker itself, but be prepared for any parking fees that may apply in the area.

If you are using public transportation, check for any local bus services that connect to East Stroudsburg. Once you arrive at East Stroudsburg bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi. The historical marker is about 2 miles from the bus station. Walking will take approximately 40 minutes. Head north on Crystal St, turn right onto Milford Rd, and continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the marker on your left. Taxis may charge a standard fare depending on the distance.
