  • PATH Train

    From Jersey City, make your way to the Exchange Place PATH station. You can walk to the station if you're nearby or take a local bus that stops at Exchange Place. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to the 33rd Street station in Manhattan. Board the PATH train headed for 33rd Street and enjoy the ride, which takes approximately 15 minutes. After arriving at 33rd Street, exit the station and walk towards the 6th Avenue exit. From there, transfer to the A or C subway line at the 42nd Street station, heading uptown towards 125th Street. After 10 stops, get off at 125th Street and transfer to the B or D subway line, also heading uptown. Ride for 1 stop and get off at 135th Street. From there, it's a short walk to 502 W 142nd St, which should take about 7 minutes.

    Head to the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. You can take the local NJ Transit bus or walk, depending on your location. Once at the terminal, board the ferry to Manhattan, which will take you to either Battery Park or the World Financial Center. Upon arrival in Manhattan, make your way to the subway station. If you arrive at Battery Park, walk to the Bowling Green subway station, and take the 4 or 5 train uptown. If you arrive at the World Financial Center, walk to the Cortlandt St subway station and take the 1 train uptown. You will need to transfer to the A or C subway line at 42nd Street, then take it to 125th Street. Transfer to the B or D subway line and ride for one stop to 135th Street. Walk 7 minutes to 502 W 142nd St.
