    If you're starting from Journal Square, head east on Sip Avenue towards Newark Avenue. Continue on Newark Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach 435 Newark Avenue, where Harsimus Cemetery is located. The cemetery entrance is on the right side of the road.

  • Public Transit - PATH Train

    From the PATH Journal Square station, take the PATH train to the World Trade Center station. Once you arrive, transfer to the 1 train at the World Trade Center station and take it to the Christopher Street station. Exit the station and walk northeast along Christopher Street until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn left. Continue walking until you reach Newark Avenue, then turn right and walk until you arrive at 435 Newark Avenue, Harsimus Cemetery will be on your left.

    If you are near the Exchange Place area, catch the NJ Transit Bus #87 or #119 from the Exchange Place station. Ride the bus until you reach the Newark Avenue stop.
