Once at the station, take a NJ Transit train towards New York Penn Station. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arriving at Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 1 train (the red line) from 34th Street to 59th Street - Columbus Circle. At Columbus Circle, transfer to the A or C train (blue line) and travel one stop to 5th Avenue. Exit the subway station and walk east on 5th Avenue for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum on your left at 1071 5th Ave.

    From Red Bank, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Board the bus heading to New York Port Authority. This bus ride will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Port Authority, walk to 42nd Street and take the subway (1 train, red line) from 42nd Street Times Square heading downtown. Get off at 59th Street - Columbus Circle and transfer to the A or C line (blue line) towards Brooklyn. Get off after one stop at 5th Avenue. Walk east on 5th Avenue for about 10 minutes, and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum will be on your left at 1071 5th Ave.
