From Whiteface Mountain, take NY-86 East towards Lake Placid. Continue on NY-86 for about 10 miles until you reach Lake Placid. Once you arrive in Lake Placid, turn right onto Parkside Drive. The Lake Placid Toboggan Chute will be on your left at 31 Parkside Dr, Lake Placid, NY 12946. There is parking available on-site. Be aware that there may be a parking fee during peak tourist season.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the Adirondack Trailways bus from Whiteface Mountain to Lake Placid. The bus will drop you off at the Lake Placid bus station. From there, you can either walk to the Toboggan Chute, which is approximately a 20-minute walk (about 1 mile), or take a local taxi or ride-sharing service. To walk, head south on Station Street, then turn left onto Parkside Drive, where the Toboggan Chute is located at 31 Parkside Dr, Lake Placid, NY 12946.
