The bus will take you through various stops in Yonkers before heading toward Manhattan. From Yonkers, walk to the Yonkers Metro-North train station located at 5 Buena Vista Ave. Board the Hudson Line train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Grand Central Terminal station. Once there, follow the signs to the subway station within Grand Central and take the 4, 5, 6, or S train downtown to the 14th Street-Union Square station. Transfer to the L train towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway and get off at the 1st Avenue stop. From there, walk east on 1st Avenue to Houston St., then turn left and walk to Bowery.
