From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North train station located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, disembark at the 42nd Street - Grand Central Station. Transfer to the 7 train (Flushing Local) at Grand Central and ride it for 3 stops, getting off at 34th Street - Hudson Yards. Here, transfer to the A train towards Inwood-207th Street. Ride for 3 stops and get off at West 4th Street Station. From there, it's a short walk: exit the station and head south on 6th Avenue, then turn left onto West 7th Avenue, where you will find Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum at 91 7th Ave S.

From the Yonkers downtown area, find the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Ride for about 45 minutes and get off at the stop on 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. Once you step off the bus, walk east along 42nd Street until you reach 7th Avenue. Turn left on 7th Avenue and continue walking until you reach 91 7th Ave S, where the Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum is located.

If you are in the Yonkers waterfront area, you can take a scenic walk. Start at the Yonkers Pier and head south along the waterfront promenade until you reach the main road, Warburton Avenue. Turn left on Warburton Avenue and walk until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and continue walking until you reach the Metro-North train station. From there, take the train to Grand Central Terminal, and follow the subway directions to the 7 train as mentioned earlier.
