From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station. Once you exit the station, transfer to the A subway line towards Inwood-207th Street and get off at the West 4th Street station. From West 4th Street, it's a short walk to Judson Memorial Church at 55 Washington Square South. Exit the station and head southeast on Washington Square East, then turn left onto Washington Square South.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Yonkers that services the Bee-Line Bus system. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan (via the Bronx) and get off at the 5th Avenue & Washington Square stop. From there, walk a short distance south on Washington Square East, then turn left onto Washington Square South to reach Judson Memorial Church.
