From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #1 towards New York City. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at 125th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard. From there, walk south for about 5 minutes on Malcolm X Boulevard until you reach Mt. Olivet Baptist Church at 201 Malcolm X Blvd.

Make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North train station located at 1-5 Main Street. Board a southbound train on the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 125th Street station. After exiting the station, walk east for about 10 minutes to reach Malcolm X Boulevard, then turn left and walk for another 5 minutes to arrive at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church located at 201 Malcolm X Blvd.

If you're close to the downtown area of Yonkers, you can walk to the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Start from the intersection of Main Street and Warburton Avenue. Head east on Main Street until you reach the Yonkers Waterfront. From there, continue walking north along the waterfront promenade until you reach the intersection with Riverdale Avenue. Turn left and walk along Riverdale Avenue until you reach the I-87 overpass. Cross the overpass and continue straight until you reach 125th Street. Turn right on 125th Street and then left on Malcolm X Boulevard. Walk another 5 minutes until you reach the church at 201 Malcolm X Blvd.
