Start at the Yonkers Metro-North Railroad Station located at 1 Depot Pl, Yonkers, NY 10701. Purchase a ticket to the South Ferry station in Manhattan. Board the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, get off at Grand Central Terminal. From there, follow the signs to the subway and take the 4 or 5 train downtown to Bowling Green Station. Exit the station and walk south on State St towards Battery Pl. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at 22 Battery Pl, New York, NY 10004.

Walk to the nearest bus stop at the Yonkers Transit Center located at 1 Larkin Plaza, Yonkers, NY 10701. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards Riverdale. Ride for approximately 30 minutes, then transfer to the BxM1 express bus at the Riverdale Ave & 238 St stop. Take the BxM1 to the Manhattan Terminal - 42nd St. From there, walk towards 42nd St & Broadway and take the subway (4 or 5 train) downtown to Bowling Green Station. Finally, walk south on State St towards Battery Pl for about 5 minutes to reach 22 Battery Pl, New York, NY 10004.
