Board the train and stay on until you reach the World Trade Center station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Oculus and then to the 9/11 Memorial. From there, walk south along Church Street until you reach Liberty Street. Turn left and continue walking until you reach Battery Park.

    Head to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal located at 1st Street and the waterfront in Jersey City. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Battery Park in Manhattan. The ferry ride is about 10 minutes.
