From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Metro-North train station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Purchase a ticket for the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Once on board, enjoy a scenic ride that lasts approximately 50 minutes. Disembark at the Grand Central Terminal station in Manhattan. From there, follow the signs to the 4, 5, 6, 7, or S trains.

At Grand Central Terminal, take the 4 or 5 subway train downtown towards Bowling Green. Get off at the Bowling Green station. Once you exit the station, head towards Battery Park by walking south on State Street, which will lead you directly to Battery Park Underpass and Battery Place, where the Korean War Memorial is located.

From the Greenwich Metro-North train station, you can also take a local bus. Look for the CT Transit bus service that travels towards the Port Chester area. You may need to transfer to a New York City bus at a nearby stop, which can take you into Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, you can catch the M15 bus along 1st Avenue or 2nd Avenue, which will take you towards South Ferry. Get off near Battery Park and walk to the Korean War Memorial.

If you prefer to explore, you can walk from the Bowling Green subway station to Battery Park. Simply exit the station and head south on State Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Battery Park Underpass and Battery Place. The Korean War Memorial will be located within the park area.
