PATH Train
To get to Castle Clinton National Monument from Jersey City, start by heading to the Exchange Place PATH station. Purchase a ticket and board the PATH train towards World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the World Trade Center station. Once you exit the station, follow signs for the Oculus, which is a large shopping and transportation hub next to the memorial site. After exiting the Oculus, head towards the West Street and take a left. Walk north for about 10 minutes until you reach Battery Park. Castle Clinton is located within Battery Park, and you will see it as you approach the waterfront.

Ferry
For a scenic route, consider taking the NY Waterway ferry from the Paulus Hook terminal in Jersey City. Board the ferry heading towards Wall Street/Pier 11. The ferry ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at Pier 11, disembark and walk towards the South Street Seaport. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach Battery Park. Castle Clinton National Monument is located in the park, close to the water's edge.

You can take the NJ Transit bus #119 or #120 from various locations in Jersey City to reach Manhattan. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From the terminal, exit onto 8th Avenue and walk south towards 42nd Street. Transfer to the M20 bus heading towards Battery Park City. Get off at the Battery Park stop and walk into the park; Castle Clinton is located within Battery Park.
