Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Rangitoto Island. Ferries typically depart every 30 minutes, so check the schedule for exact times. The ferry ride will take approximately 25 minutes, and upon arrival, you will be on the southern side of Rangitoto Island, ready to explore its stunning landscapes and hiking trails.

From the Auckland Central Bus Station, which is located at 20-28 Wellesley Street, board the bus number 1, 15, or 20 that goes towards Britomart. Once at the terminal, purchase your ferry ticket for Rangitoto Island and board the ferry as per the schedule. The ferry ride will take about 25 minutes.
