Walking
If you are in the Greymouth town center, start at the Greymouth i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 16 Albert Street. Exit the center and head west on Albert Street towards the Tainui Street intersection. Turn left onto Tainui Street and continue straight until you reach Mawhera Quay. Turn right onto Mawhera Quay and follow it along the coast, enjoying the view of the Grey River. Continue on Mawhera Quay until you reach the Nelson Quay intersection. Turn left onto Nelson Quay and walk until you see the entrance to Cobden Aromahana Lagoon on your right. The walk will take approximately 20-25 minutes.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Greymouth Bus Station located at 10 Tainui Street, take the local bus service that heads towards Cobden. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Nelson Quay stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the lagoon, which will be visible from the bus stop. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes, and the lagoon should be a short walk from the stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, start at the Greymouth town center and rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops. Head west on Albert Street towards Tainui Street and turn left onto Tainui Street. Continue straight until you get to Mawhera Quay. Turn right onto Mawhera Quay, following the coastline. Once you reach the intersection with Nelson Quay, turn left, and you will find the Cobden Aromahana Lagoon shortly ahead on your right. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
