To reach Te Aroha Mineral Spas from Hamilton, head to the Hamilton Transport Centre located at 1A Bryce Street. Take the bus route 25 towards Te Aroha. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Te Aroha bus stop, walk along the main street (Whitaker Street) for about 10 minutes until you reach Boundary Street. Turn right onto Boundary Street, and after a short walk, you will find Te Aroha Mineral Spas on your left.

Start by walking to the Hamilton Train Station located at 1000 Anglesea Street. Board a train heading towards Papakura and get off at the Te Aroha station. From the train station, take a local bus (route 25) or a taxi to reach Te Aroha Mineral Spas, which is about a 10-minute ride away. The spas are located on Boundary Street, and you will need to walk a short distance from the bus stop.

If you're up for a longer adventure, you can walk to Te Aroha Mineral Spas from Hamilton. Start at the Hamilton Gardens and head east towards the Hakarimata Range. Follow the trails until you reach the outskirts of Te Aroha (approximately 22 km). This scenic route takes around 5 hours, so prepare accordingly with water and snacks. Once you reach Te Aroha, navigate to Boundary Street, where you will find the spas.
