Take the first exit onto Anzac Parade. Drive for about 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Parsons Street. Continue on Parsons Street for about 800 meters, and you will find Victoria Park on your left at St Johns Hill, Whanganui 4501. There is free parking available near the park entrance.
