From Blenheim, take State Highway 1 south towards Picton. After approximately 30 km, follow the signs to the Queen Charlotte Drive (SH 25). Continue on Queen Charlotte Drive for about 25 km, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Once you reach Picton, follow the signs to the ferry terminal if you're coming from the North Island. If you're starting from Picton, take the ferry to Ship Cove, which costs approximately NZD 50-70 for a one-way ticket. After arriving at Ship Cove, follow the Te Araroa Trail for about 20-30 minutes until you reach Ship Cove Waterfall.
