Car
If you're driving within Tongariro National Park, head towards State Highway 47. From the Whakapapa Village, take State Highway 47 south towards Kuratau. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the town of Kuratau. Once in Kuratau, turn onto Motutaiko Street. Tongariro Adventures is located at 18 Motutaiko Street. Check for available parking once you arrive.

For those using public transport, take a bus from Whakapapa Village to Turangi, which is the nearest town with bus services. From Turangi, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service to Kuratau as there are no direct public transport routes. The taxi ride from Turangi to Kuratau will take about 30 minutes and might cost around NZD 50-70 depending on the service. Once you arrive in Kuratau, proceed to 18 Motutaiko Street for Tongariro Adventures.
