Walking
If you are starting from the Wanaka town center, head southwest on Helwick Street towards the lake. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ardmore Street. Turn right onto Ardmore Street and follow it as it curves along the lakefront. After about 1 kilometer, you'll see a sign for Riverbank Road on your left. Turn left onto Riverbank Road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Aitken's Folly Vineyard will be on your right at 246 Riverbank Road.

From the Wanaka town center, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Start by cycling southwest on Helwick Street until you reach Ardmore Street. Turn right onto Ardmore Street and continue along the lakeside path. After about 1 kilometer, look for the turnoff to Riverbank Road on your left. Turn left onto Riverbank Road and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. Aitken's Folly Vineyard will be on your right at 246 Riverbank Road.
