Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Wanaka, start at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Information Centre located on Ardmore Street. From there, head south on Ardmore Street towards the lakefront. When you reach the lake, turn right and walk along the pathway by the lake. Continue walking until you reach the end of the pathway, then turn left onto Brownston Street. Follow Brownston Street for about 15 minutes, and you will see Hampshire Holiday Parks on your left at 212 Brownston Street. The walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take around 20-25 minutes.

• Public Transport

  From the center of Wanaka, you can take the local bus service, which runs regularly. Head to the nearest bus stop on Ardmore Street. Look for the bus heading towards Albert Town. Once on the bus, inform the driver you want to stop at Hampshire Holiday Parks. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. After you get off, Hampshire Holiday Parks will be a short walk down Brownston Street, approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Biking

  If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Wanaka. Start from the center of Wanaka and head towards the lakefront, then follow the same pathway along the lake. After reaching the end of the pathway, turn left onto Brownston Street. Continue biking along Brownston Street for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will find Hampshire Holiday Parks on your left at 212 Brownston Street. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on your speed.
