Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Wanaka, head southwest on Ardmore Street towards the lakefront. Continue walking along the lake until you reach the junction with Ballantyne Road. Turn left onto Ballantyne Road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Tititea/Mount Aspiring National Park Visitor Centre will be on your right at 1 Ballantyne Road.

    If you are renting a bicycle in Wanaka, start at the main square on Ardmore Street. Cycle southwest along Ardmore Street until you reach the lakefront. Follow the lakefront path, which will eventually lead to Ballantyne Road. Turn left onto Ballantyne Road and bike for about 1.5 kilometers. The visitor centre will be on your right at 1 Ballantyne Road.
