After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop on Cambridge Terrace, which is near the Basin Reserve. From the bus stop, walk towards the Basin Reserve entrance, which should be visible ahead.

If you're already in the central area, you can walk to Basin Reserve. Start at the Wellington Waterfront and head towards Wakefield Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cambridge Terrace. Turn left onto Cambridge Terrace, and follow it for about 15 minutes until you see the Basin Reserve on your right.

For a cycling option, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available in Wellington. Start from the central city and head towards Victoria Street. Cycle along Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Cambridge Terrace, then turn right. Continue on Cambridge Terrace for around 1.5 km until you arrive at Basin Reserve.
