Once you are inside the park, follow the signs to the Newfound Gap Road (US-441). Drive along Newfound Gap Road for approximately 20 miles until you reach the Clingmans Dome Road junction. Turn onto Clingmans Dome Road and continue for about 7 miles. The Clingmans Dome Visitor Contact Station will be on your left, just before the parking area for Clingmans Dome.

    There is no direct public transportation to Clingmans Dome Visitor Contact Station. However, you can take a shuttle service from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
