If you are driving, start from the Sugarlands Visitor Center located at 1420 Fighting Creek Gap Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. From there, head southeast on US-441 S. Continue on US-441 S for about 8 miles. Turn right onto Little River Road, and follow it for approximately 6 miles. Look for the signs directing you to the Walker Sisters Place, which will be on the left side just after you reach the Elkmont Campground area. There is no fee to visit the site.

Public transportation options are limited in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so it is recommended to use a combination of local shuttles and taxis. From Gatlinburg, you can take the Gatlinburg Trolley to the stop nearest the Sugarlands Visitor Center. From there, it is advisable to use a taxi or rideshare service to get to Walker Sisters Place, as direct public transit does not serve this area. Ensure you have a good mobile signal to request a rideshare if needed.
