Turn left onto US-2 (which is also known as 3rd St NE). Walk north for about 0.5 miles. You will pass a few local shops and eateries along the way. Once you reach the intersection with 10th St NE, turn right. Continue walking east on 10th St NE for about 0.3 miles. Ruger Park will be on your left. The park is well-signposted and features trails and picnic areas for visitors.

Begin your bike ride from the center of Devils Lake. Head east on 2nd St NE until you reach the intersection with US-2. Turn left onto US-2 and continue for about 0.5 miles. After passing some local shops, turn right onto 10th St NE. Continue biking on 10th St NE for approximately 0.3 miles. Ruger Park will be on your left. Ensure to follow the bike lane for safety as you navigate through the streets.
Public Transportation
Check the local bus schedule for the Devils Lake Transit service. Board the bus that heads towards Ruger Park or the nearest stop along US-2. Request to get off at the stop closest to 10th St NE. From there, you will only need to walk approximately 0.1 miles east on 10th St NE to reach the entrance of Ruger Park, which will be on your left.
