Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the city center of Salalah. From the Al Balid Archaeological Site, take the Sultan Qaboos Street (also known as An Nahdah St). Continue straight for about 5 kilometers. You will see the mosque on your right side, identifiable by its large blue dome and minarets. There is parking available near the mosque.
Public Transportation
To reach Sultan Qaboos Mosque via public transportation, look for local buses or taxis that operate along Sultan Qaboos Street. You can catch a bus from any major bus station in Salalah, such as the Salalah Bus Station located near Al Hafa. Make sure to ask the driver for a stop near An Nahdah St. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the mosque, it is a short walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi. Taxis are widely available in Salalah. You can either book one via a mobile app or hail one on the street.
