If you are driving, start on I-84 East. Take exit 44 toward Cascade Locks and merge onto Cascade Locks Hwy. Continue on this road for about 1.5 miles. Look for signs indicating 'Starvation Creek State Park' and turn onto Historic Columbia River Highway. The park entrance will be on your right. There is no entry fee to access the park.
