If you're driving from Hood River, take I-84 East. Merge onto I-84 E toward The Dalles and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 44 toward Cascade Locks. After exiting, turn right onto Cascade Locks Highway and then quickly onto Columbia River Highway (Historic Highway 30). Continue on Columbia River Highway for about 3 miles, and you'll find the parking area for Starvation Creek Falls on the right side. Look for the designated parking area, which is well marked.
