Car
From Eugene, take OR-58 E for approximately 60 miles until you reach the junction with OR-97 N. Merge onto OR-97 N and continue for about 40 miles. Then take the exit for US-62 E toward Crater Lake. Follow US-62 for approximately 30 miles until you reach the entrance of Crater Lake National Park. There is an entrance fee of $30 per vehicle, valid for seven days. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Rim Drive and continue until you reach the Cleetwood Cove Trailhead parking area.

Start by taking the Lane Transit District bus from Eugene to the town of Oakridge. From Oakridge, you will need to arrange for a shuttle service or taxi to take you to Crater Lake National Park. Note that public transportation options to Crater Lake may be limited, and it is advisable to check local shuttle services in advance. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs for Rim Drive to reach the Cleetwood Cove Trailhead.
