If you are driving from Medford, Oregon, start by getting onto I-5 N from the city center. Take exit 30B for OR-62 E toward Crater Lake. Continue on OR-62 E for about 65 miles. You will then merge onto OR-97 N, which leads directly to the park entrance. Make sure to follow signs for Crater Lake National Park. The total drive is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. There is a park entrance fee of $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
