Turn left onto OR-230 and follow it until you reach OR-138 East. Continue on OR-138 until you reach US-97 North. Follow US-97 to the junction with OR-31. Take OR-31 North until you reach US Forest Service Road 439. Follow this road until you reach Warner Mountain Lookout. Be aware that some parts of the road may be unpaved and require a high-clearance vehicle.
