Once you arrive in Lyle, WA, disembark at the closest stop to WA-14. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk along WA-14 to Columbia Hills Historical State Park. Follow the road, and you will see the park entrance on your left.

    If you are cycling, start in The Dalles and head towards the Columbia River Gorge. Follow the scenic route along the river, taking the Historic Columbia River Highway to reach Lyle, WA. The ride will take you approximately 1.5 hours depending on your speed. Once you reach Lyle, continue on WA-14 for a short distance until you see the entrance for Columbia Hills Historical State Park on your left.
