Car
From Skardu, take the Skardu-Kharmang Road, which leads you towards Kharmang district. After approximately 45 km, you will reach the village of Kharmang. Continue on this road for another 15 km until you reach the intersection leading to Tehsil Tolti. Turn onto the road towards Tehsil Tolti, and after about 10 km you will arrive in Hilal Abad (ھلال آباد). The journey typically takes around 2-3 hours depending on road conditions.

Public Transportation
Start from Skardu and head to the local bus station to catch a bus or shared taxi heading towards Kharmang. Buses run frequently, but it’s best to check the schedule as it may vary. The fare is usually around PKR 300-500. Once you reach Kharmang, you will need to hire a local taxi to take you to Tehsil Tolti. This taxi ride should cost approximately PKR 1000-1500 and will take about 30 minutes to reach Hilal Abad (ھلال آباد).

Motorbike Rental
For the more adventurous traveler, renting a motorbike in Skardu is an option. Several rental shops are available. Prices range from PKR 1000-2000 per day. Take the Skardu-Kharmang Road following the same directions as above. Ensure you have a valid license and wear a helmet while riding. This route will take you about 2-3 hours to reach Hilal Abad (ھلال آباد) depending on your riding speed and road conditions.
