Car
If you are driving to Manthokha Waterfall, start from Skardu city. Head southwest on the Skardu-Kharmang Road (also known as the Manthokha Waterfall Road). Drive for approximately 43 kilometers, which will take about 1.5 hours. As you approach the Kharmang Valley, look for signposts towards Manthokha Waterfall. The waterfall is located a few kilometers off the main road, and there will be a dirt track leading you to a parking area. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain, as the last stretch may require a 4x4.

Public Transportation
To reach Manthokha Waterfall via public transportation, take a local bus or shared jeep from Skardu to Kharmang Valley. The bus station in Skardu is located near the main market. The fare is usually around PKR 300-500, depending on the vehicle and season. The journey to Kharmang Valley will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once you arrive in Kharmang, you can hire a local jeep for about PKR 1000-1500 to take you directly to the waterfall. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the ride. The jeep will take you along the dirt track leading to the waterfall.

After reaching Kharmang, start your hike on the marked trails leading towards the waterfall. The hike is approximately 7 kilometers and can take about 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
