Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Karimabad, the main town in Hunza Valley. Head north on the Karakoram Highway (KKH) towards Ghulkin. As you pass through Ghulkin, continue on the KKH until you reach the turnoff for Chiporsun (also known as Chapursan). The road to Chiporsun diverges to the right. Follow this road for approximately 30 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Make sure to check the road conditions as they can be affected by weather.

For those using public transport, you can catch a local bus or shared taxi from Karimabad to Ghulkin. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal in Karimabad. Once you reach Ghulkin, you will need to hire a local jeep or a taxi to take you to Chiporsun, as public transport does not go directly there. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey; expect to pay around 2000-3000 PKR for the jeep ride, depending on the number of passengers.
