Car
If you are driving from Boquete, take the David-Boquete road (Pan-American Highway). Continue towards David for about 37 km until you reach the city. Upon entering David, follow signs pointing to the city center. You need to turn left onto Avenida 1ra, continue for about 1 km, then turn right onto C. Cementerio. The Catedral de San José de David will be on your right. Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

If you are traveling from Boquete via public transportation, catch a bus to David at the main bus terminal in Boquete. The journey takes about 40 minutes and costs approximately $1.50. Once you arrive at the David bus terminal, exit the terminal and head towards Avenida 1ra. You can either take a taxi (around $2) or walk. If walking, continue straight on Avenida 1ra for about 1 km, then turn right onto C. Cementerio. The cathedral will be on your right.
