The last part of the drive will involve navigating an unnamed road near the coordinates HR86+5VX, which leads directly to Las Golondrinas Waterfalls. Be prepared for a bumpy road and possible river crossings; a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Take a bus from Río de Jesús to Santiago. Buses leave frequently throughout the day. Upon arriving in Santiago, transfer to a local bus heading towards Río Luis. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you off near the waterfall trailhead. Once you arrive in Río Luis, you may need to walk approximately 2-3 kilometers along the unnamed road leading to the waterfalls (HR86+5VX). Alternatively, you can hire a local taxi from Río Luis to take you directly to the waterfalls, which may cost around $10-$15.
