Walking
If you are near the Bayfront Parkway, head towards the waterfront area. Walk along the Bayfront Trail, which is well-marked and offers scenic views of the lake. Continue until you reach E Front St. Turn left on E Front St, and the Erie Maritime Museum will be on your right at 150 E Front St. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.

Check the local bus schedule for the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority (EMTA). Take Bus Route 1 or Route 4, which services the Bayfront District. The nearest bus stop is located at the Bayfront Convention Center. Once on the bus, request to get off at the stop closest to E Front St. From there, walk east along E Front St for about 5 minutes to reach the museum at 150 E Front St. The bus fare is typically around $1.50.
