If you are traveling by car, start from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center located at 1195 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg, PA 17325. Head southeast on Baltimore Pike (US-15) for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Cavalry Field Road. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach East Cavalry Field, located at 287-299 Cavalry Field Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325. There is free parking available on-site.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the Gettysburg Shuttle Service, which operates from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center. Board the shuttle that goes towards the battlefield. Request to get off at the nearest stop to Cavalry Field Road. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.7 miles south on Cavalry Field Road to reach East Cavalry Field. Be aware that the shuttle service may have limited operating hours, so check the schedule in advance.

If you prefer biking, start at the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center. Head southeast on Baltimore Pike (US-15) and follow the same route as if you were driving. There are bike lanes available on Cavalry Field Road. The distance is about 2.5 miles from the Visitor Center to East Cavalry Field. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules.
