Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Trujillo Cathedral, head directly east on Calle Pizarro. Continue walking straight for about three blocks until you reach the intersection with Jirón Orbegoso. Turn left onto Jirón Orbegoso and walk for about two blocks. You will see the Plaza de Armas of Trujillo on your right. The plaza is a vibrant area, marked by its large central square, beautiful colonial architecture, and the iconic statue of Francisco Pizarro.

Walking
From the Plaza de los Heroes, exit onto Avenida Juan Pablo II and head south. After approximately a five-minute walk, turn left onto Jirón Independencia. Continue straight for about three blocks until you reach the intersection with Jirón Orbegoso. Turn right onto Jirón Orbegoso, and in just a short distance, you will find the Plaza de Armas on your left.
