To reach Mirador Morro de Capellan using public transportation, first make your way to Chivay. From Chivay, you can take a local minibus or taxi that heads towards Coporaque. Inform the driver that you wish to go to 'Mirador Morro de Capellan'. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the designated drop-off point, there will be signs directing you to the viewpoint, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the drop-off point. Be prepared for some uphill walking.
