Public Transport (Bus)
From Cusco, head to the main bus terminal located at Av. José Larco. You can take a bus heading to Urubamba. The journey takes around 1.5 hours. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off in Urubamba, near the main plaza.

Walking
Once you arrive in Urubamba, walk towards the main plaza. From the plaza, head northwest on Av. Bolognesi for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Av. La Paz. Turn left on Av. La Paz and continue walking for another 500 meters until you reach the main road leading out of town towards Piuray.

Shared Taxi (Mototaxi)
At the intersection with the main road, you can catch a mototaxi (a small three-wheeled taxi) that can take you directly to Laguna de Piuray. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting in. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from Urubamba to Laguna de Piuray, head along the main road (HXJ4+72V) for approximately 4 kilometers. This will take around an hour, but you’ll be rewarded with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes.
